Man-Lovin' Potatoes
Great recipe. I didn't have any mayo so I used miracle whip, which blended with the sour cream marvelously. I myself used Bacon bits, which overpowered the recipe a bit, but that's my own fault for not having actual bacon, and they still made the dish GREAT.
