Manicotti Italian Casserole
I'm giving it 4 stars, but my kids and husband told me to give it 5. They really liked it. Yes, it was tasty, just not a very "mature" taste. Nevertheless, it's a family-pleaser.

Grilled Orange Vinaigrette Chicken Salad
It was okay, but not nearly as "orangy" as I expected. The broccoli over powered everything else and the dressing was more "vinegary" tasting rather than orange. Not bad, but I'm not going to make it again.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar
Amazing! It tasted more like a marinated steak than a pork tenderloin. VERY GOOD - and easy - I will make it again.
