Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Very tasty. I used string cheese in the middle and it was even better. The difficult part was securing the chicken so the ingredients wouldn't fall out.

Creamy Rice Pudding
I personally had to add more milk then called for, but other then that, it was fantastic. It was a perfect amount of sweetness.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze
The brown sugar and butter give the salmon a thick molasses like syrup that is sweet to the taste buds. Once you move past those indulgent flavors the bourbon settles in giving the meal a warm southern kick.
