Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
Best meatloaf I have ever made! This was supposed to be for tonight AND tomorrow, but my husband ate way too much- haha! He LOVED IT!!!

Thai Ground Chicken Basil
This was fantastic! Restaurant quality! I couldn't find Thai peppers so I used Serrano and jalapeño. I also served this in red leaf lettuce cups. It was spicy, but my husband and I loved it!!! Will make again!!!

Pasta with Pesto and Scallops
I thought this was excellent! We added a couple more veggies and used penne pasta, but I wouldn't change a thing!
