Red Velvet Cake
I was so excited to make this, but disappointed with the results. We made cupcakes the night before our party and stored them in airtight plastic bags. Sadly, they were so dry the next day and the taste was just average.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
Amazing! Light, fluffy, not too sweet, just enough cream cheese taste and excellent for red velvet cake/cupcakes. Loved it!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
This was okay. Not bad, but definitely not the best spinach dip that I've had.
