Super easy! I altered this recipe some by cutting the finished product into small "bites"/cubes - and then coating in powdered sugar. Just fill a small bowl with the powdered sugar and toss freshly cut bites in - it coats nicely. Makes a great holiday sweet to give to enjoy!

Lemon Cake

This cake is wonderfully refreshing! The batter is thicker than "cake" batter - but don't worry - it comes out very moist. I cooked in a 13 x 9 pan and it was fine. I've tried it with lemon cake mix and it was great. Do add the lemon zest to icing - it really makes a great difference!

Fabulous Oatmeal-Bran Cake

Great low-carb recipe! I added rasins. Don't worry when the mix feels really thick - as soon as you add the oatmeal & bran it becomes a perfect batter. Plenty sweet and moist.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

This always turns out yummy! I do a couple of small changes that work well. Instead of the water called for I use 1 can of veggie or chicken broth. I aslo add a small can of diced green chilis to the mashed sweet potato before making the burritos.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

I couldn't help but be the 142nd review on this cake! It is so good. My husband that does not even like chocolate that much has asked for it again and again. I served with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and fresh rasberries on the side. What a great recipie! Lara
