Easy Turkey Gravy

Excellent gravy recipe! The only changes I make are that I use canned chicken broth and cream of chicken with herbs. It comes out great every time!

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

I love this recipe and get rave reviews every time I make it. I did make a few changes: left out the mushrooms (not everyone in my family is a fan), thyme and marjoram (I thought the other seasonings did the job plus I bought seasoned bread cubes). I ended up using quite a bit of broth to keep the stuffing moist. I also omitted the 45 minutes on high and cooked on low for only about four hours. It could just be my crock pot though because I find that I have to lessen the cook time on most recipes. All in all this is a wonderful recipe!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

This dish is great! I've made it a few times with fresh tomatoes and once with canned. It was good either way. I use less balsamic vinegar just because I find that a little goes a long way. I really like the feta on top and it makes for great presentation. Delicious!

Quick And Easy Mexican Chicken

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

These pork chops live up to their name...they are AWESOME! They are very sweet though so may not appeal to everyone. I love that the recipe is simple and easy to make.

Coconut Pecan Cake

This cake is delicious! I've made it twice. The first time I made the frosting as the recipe indicates. The second time I got lazy and used canned Vanilla frosting but added the coconut. It was good both ways. I like to sprinkle some toasted pecans on top along with the toasted coconut. Yummy!
