Exotic Mushroom and Walnut Pate
I added dry white wine and a lil extra butter when I cooked the mushrooms down. Then I added a couple tablespoons of finely grated parmesan when I mixed everything together. Delicious! This is definitely something I plan on making again.

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight
This dessert is good and I would give it a 4.5 if it wasn't so rich and sweet. Way to sweet and I used half of the caramel in the recipe! I will make again, but with some adjustments next time.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
It was good. I made it without the flour. I think next time I will use fresh thyme.
