Chocolate Cream Pie II
just made this using a gluten free crust. the pudding filling is amazing!! will be making the filling again as pudding for the kids. tastes exactly like the regular choc. cream pie we buy every thanksgiving from a local pie shop. used 4 yolks, 4 tbs cornstarch and whole milk.
