these muffins were great. i made them all throughout the summer and took them to playdates. kids and moms alike loved them. and they were so easy! nice change from your normal blueberry and apple muffins.

awesome! everyone loved these. the apples and dried cranberries make it very fallish. i served it to our guests as an appetizer the night before thanksgiving. wouldn't change a thing!

these were really good. we had them with thanksgiving dinner this year. i wish i had read some of the reviews before making them because i think that adding minced garlic would have made them even better. i will also use less butter next time.

these weren't bad, but they weren't particularly great. we usually use the chili sauce and grape jelly recipe also and decided that we prefer them that way.

This was great! I used zucchini instead of the bell pepper and mozzarella cheese. It was excellent and good leftover as well. Will definitely make again.

Neither my husband or myself enjoyed this much. To be fair, neither of us like pot roast and the texture of the meat is similar. The sauce has great flavor, but once the meat is shredded and out of the crock pot, it is rather bland. We used it for tacos and just were not impressed. Thank you anyway!

All I can say is YUM! I just ate the first cookie out of the oven...they are wonderful. These are not cakey whatsoever, so don't know what happened with those that said they were. I made them smaller and did not cook them as long. Took them out of the oven as soon as the edges started to brown. If you leave them on the cookie sheet a few minutes, they will continue cooking out of the oven without becoming overdone or burnt. Made the recipe exactly as written. No need to change a thing...this will be my new chocolate chip cookie recipe. I don't think i could justify making the recipe on the back of the package anymore!

These are great and a nice change for enchiladas if you're tired of the same old everyday enchiladas. The sauce has a great taste. Only changes were using canned chiles instead of fresh and I added cilantro and olives to the filling. I thought dipping the tortillas in the cream was a strange and unnecessary step. However, the first time I didn't use it and the second time I did...it really makes a difference! This recipe does take a while, but it is not at all labor intensive, most of the ingredients are canned.

We thought this was excellent. Very easy to put together, even though it takes a while to cook. It is worth every minute. I added carrots the last hour of cooking and replaced 1/2 of the water with chicken broth. I also added a ham hock that I had on hand in the freezer, otherwise, I think it would still be good without. Very filling. Bread is all that is needed as a side!

These are an excellent, easy appetizer that disappear in no time. The crimini mushrooms are a must.

These were great. The recipe as is makes a ton. We ate them plain the first night with bread to soak up the sauce and then my husband decided to eat them in a meatball sandwich the next night as leftovers...topped with provolone cheese. Great change from the normal sweet and sour or marinara meatballs. They are spicy, but can be adjusted by changing the number of chipotle chiles added.
