Great recipe. I added a little flour into the recipe so that it would brown and not remain soggy in the pan! Will make it often from now on.

Substituted Ritz for crackers and cut the chicken into 1 inch nuggets. Add a little brown sugar to give it a nice sweet taste. My favorite dinner recipe ever. If I could give it six stars I would!!!!

Good recipe. The little triangles are a great concept, although make it way too easy to eat more than your share! I added a dash of powdered sugar to them as they cooled on the plate and it gave it just the extra needed taste. Also, the amounts provided worked for only four pieces of bread. Definitely worth trying again.
