I make this any time we need a side dish to feed many...it's always a hit! It is requested every time we do a pot luck lunch at work...every time!

Can be time consuming to "gut" the peppers, but well worth it. Some of THE best stuffed jalelepenos I've ever had. They were a big hit and the left overs were just as good! Some had more spice than others, but that's part of the bite into a pepper game, right? Defintely will be sharing this one with friends.
