Chicken Wild Rice Soup I
This was delicious. Even my picky children ate it all and loved it! It was creamy even without the half and half so I only used about 1/2 cup. Very good. Will make again

Spinach and Orzo Salad
Made this for a pot luck lunch at work and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. Very good and easy to make!

Crispy Orange Beef
I didn't like the consistency of the steak. I possibly sliced the beef too thin. Like the flavor though.
