Chicken Scarpariello
Amazing dish, took one readers advice and added the juice of half of a lemon as well as two extra garlic cloves. Served over "Gourmet Mushroom Risotto", amazing.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
Never fails to be an amazing dish, this recipe is so good it tends to be the focal point of the meal when served. Aside from cutting down on the mushrooms by almost half I do not deviate from this recipe at all. As the contributor said, "cooked the slow, painful way, but it's oh so worth it".

Sausage and Bow-tie Pasta Florentine
Awesome dish, the only items that I added were 1 cup of sliced portobello mushrooms, 2 roma tomatoes, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, doubled the garlic, and added extra alfredo sauce to ensure that the extra ingredients were well coated and used 2 cups of fresh spinach. Awesome meal on its own!
