Fruit Dip II
My husbands grandmother has been making this for him since he was a little kid, and it is now my favorite way to eat fruit too!. I like it with strawberries the best, but green apples are great too. Add a little cinnamon to it if you are using it with apples. Make sure the cream cheese is room temp, and if is a little too thick for your taste, add a half tub of cool whip to lighten it a little. Eating this dip is like home to me - RIP Grandma Margaret.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole
I boiled the chicken in water with some fresh garlic, I mixed the sour cream with the chicken and added taco seasoning (1/2 packet) to it to add flavor (and a little diced canned jalapeno). I will come back and re-review this recipe after I make it the next time cuz I followed some of the other reviews and mixed and matched them and although it tasted really good, it had a very weird consistency. Some of the tortillas were soupy, some were hard!

Chile Relleno Casserole
This is sooooo good! For the milk, I used half milk, half heavy whipping cream to add a little thickness. I cooked the meat with 1/2 packet of taco seasoning as some of the other reviewers said to do. I also put shredded cheddar and a little chili powder on the top the last 10 minutes and it made it more appealing to the eye and added a little crunch. YUM!
