Bacon Wrapped Bratwurst
Everyone raved about how good these were. I thought they were just ok. I used two packs of brats, cut them in four pieces, dipped in 1 cup brown sugar mixed with 1 TBS cayenne pepper, and wrapped each in 1/2 piece bacon. Baked 35 min.

Szechwan Shrimp
I did triple the sauce but neither of us thought this recipe was worth saving. It was okay but would never make it again.
