Baklava
I made this for a work function. I used an nice bourbon vanilla. It turned out great. A big hit with everyone.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was good although I felt it needed something additional. I increased the amount of ham plus added a can of corn. All in all this was a good recipe.

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies
These were good. We did add some extra brown sugar and vanilla extract. Due to the chips and cranberries, these cookies are better when they are larger.
