I'm only a teenager but I love it a lot, plus I need to learn how before I go to college. My specialties are Japanese foods. There's no Japan in my blood, but I was raised in a Japanese neighborhood. So I can speak it a bit and I get along better with Asians than a lot of other people do. I can make amazing Japanese daifuku like you wouldn't believe, and there's not even a daifuku recipe on here. I'll have to correct that. Japanese food. I love making daifuku and onigiri especially. Thanksgiving dinner, definitely. There are like twenty of us rushing around in the kitchen at once. Hectic, but fun. When I learned how to cook Japanese rice. I was so proud. ..When I still didn't know how to cook Japanese rice... those onigiri tasted like death...
