Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding
The taste was incredible! The apples really added that special kick. The only complaint I have it was a little dry to my liking but I will make it again with a little more liquid nest time.

Bread Pudding III
This bread pudding was just the best. The company I fixed it for were all amazed at how easy it was to make and had to have the reciepe.

Venison with Sherry-Mushroom Sauce
We eat alot of venison and this was great!! The only thing I added was a little garlic. Will definately keep this recipe on hand.
