Kaes-Spaetzle
It was very good, but such a mess! I'm not sure if I will make this again without a pastamaker because it was such a hassle!

Pasta Pomodoro
Double the sauce! I had to remove about half of the pasta to get the right ratio, but it was very tasty.

Chicken Fried Chicken
My husband told me that this chicken is the best he has ever had. I dipped the chicken in flour first, then the egg, then the seasoning. It is amazing!
