Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
This was excellent!! All four kids loved it! Not to mention that it was so easy to make! The only thing I would change was the cooking time. The directions said to cook it 45 minutes, but I had to put it in for another 15-20 minutes. Other than that I will definitely be making it again!

White Chili with Chicken
This was incredible! I have never made this before and my husband and I loved it! I made a few changes like others suggested. I didn't rinse the beans and used cilantro instead of parsley. My family doesn't like the spiciness of jalapeno, so I added a can of mild diced green chili's. This gave it the great flavor without the heat. I'm making it again today for company. I can't say enough good things about how good it is!
