Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin
This is very good. A great comfort dish on a cold day. I did tweak it. I parboiled the potatoes for around 6-7 mins. I used 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 mozz.. I used 4 Tbls. of onion and I cooked the onion and 2 cloves of garlic, minced in a some butter for a few mins. before adding them in with potatoes and ham. I took another reviwers suggestion and made a topping of Panko crumbs, parm. cheese and paprika mixed with some melted butter. My husbands only suggestion to make it better was more topping!
