Portobello Sandwiches
YUM These are delicious. The marinade is perfect! I did make a few changes: cibatta roll/ white sharp cheddar melted on the shrooms/ grilled purple onion/ dijon mustard

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
I used brown rice, and it took like an hour to cook! But soooo worth it, this is delicious, and even better the next day!

Mulligatawny Soup I
This recipe is fantastic~ Those leaving out the apple are really missing out & honestly being way too picky- it's not a strong apple flavour, and they cook to an almost unnoticable texture, and taste amazing. I forgot the celery at the grocery store, not a big deal though, this soup was amazing. I doubled the broth, used an extra can of vegetable broth i had lying around and it was perfect for three hungrey people with a bowl left over. I also used half and half instead of cream, and mixed in a tablespoon of cream of coconut which was soooo good :D A few sprigs of fresh cilantro REALLY make this
