Spinach Quiche
Fantastic and easy recipe! I took the advice of another reviewer and baked the piecrust for 5 mins before filling it. Also, I only used about 2 Tbsp of butter and cut back on the fillings - I didn’t want them to overpower the eggs. The combo of flavors was great - especially the feta cheese.
