Slow Cooker Lasagna
I am rating this for the method since I love anything made in a crockpot. I omitted the meat, sauted onion, garlic, red & green peppers and zuccini and added that to the layers. I also added an egg and chopped spinach to the cheese mix and used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I used 2 jars of spaghetti sauce and the noodles didn't have to be watched and turned out perfect. My husband who lived in Italy for a couple years said it was the best lasagna he has ever had. I loved that I didn't have to pre cook the noodles or heat up my house using the oven.
