Stuffed Peppers My Way
This is delicious! I had a taste of the rice (I made this for lunch tomorrow) and it was heavenly. I made two substitutions since that was what I had at hand, I used brown rice and cottage cheese. Followed the recipe with everything else, this will be added to my lunch rooster!

Perfect Baked Potato
I try this recipe on my first attempt at making baked potato. It's was awesome, the skin was crispy and it was very flavorful. I loved it and my husband did too.

Graham Cracker Crust
This one tastes like heaven, but I'm sure I did something wrong while putting the paste into the pie plate because it crumbled all over, still it's great with coconut cream pie =)
