Great brownie but I did make these small changes: I used a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder but only 1 cup of flour. I used a total 1/3 cup of olive oil and then a second 1/4 cup olive oil. To make up for the lack of oil (and fudgy-ness), I added in semi-sweet chocolate chips - this made the brownie extra yummy (probably about 1/2 to 3/4 cup). I did make another change and put only 1.5 cups of white sugar. The brownie was still sweet and very fudgy. I also baked in a 8X8 to make it more dense. Yum! Thanks!

Unfortunately, this cake is not good at all. I wanted it to be so badly since I had everything on hand and I love strawberries! Reviewers here said they couldn't notice the marshmallows or they thought it would be too sweet. However, it was really sweet and the marshmallows were unappetizing and the gelatin slightly added to the flavor. I did make slight adjustments: I added more mashed strawberries and less gelatin (not a huge fan of gelatin). Out of 15 people at the party I made the cake for, 1 person tried it. Thankfully I made back-up brownies!!!

Great, quick recipe! I never had homemade cranberry sauce until I made this recipe and neither did anyone in my family. I made in for Christmas and people couldn't believe how delicious it was! Make sure you use a splatter guard!
