White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
This is INCREDIBLE. So cheesy and rich and delicious. I made little tweaks here and there to save time -- pre-made Italian chicken breasts that I shredded, dried parsley flakes, and a spice container of minced garlic -- and it was still fantastic.

Crunchy Romaine Strawberry Salad
This was a great and simple salad. The only changes I made were I put the walnuts and ramen in without toasting them -- it still turned out wonderfully.
