Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
Another keeper. I reduced the cinnamon by half, used apple and peach sauce, and added more strawberries. All purpose white flour works well also. I make them in batches and freeze them. When filling the muffins cups, I avoid placing strawberries at the bottom.
