Southwestern Egg Rolls
Very tasty! I baked them to be healthier. They tasted more like southwest burritos. I will probably make these for a crowd and double the recipe. I feel like I had a lot of ingredients left over. Amy's cilantro cream sauce is wonderful with this.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
Very tasty! I used fat free cream cheese, so it was fairly healthy. I used it as a dressing on a salad with chicken and with southwest egg rolls.
