Pumpkin Bread IV
This receipe was so easy and delcious! I made 1 9x5 loaf and one bundt pan of it. I baked the bundt for 45 minutes and it came out perfectly. The loaf I baked for 5-10 minutes more. I used all applesauce in place of oil, reduced the sugar to 3 cups instead of 4, and used 2 3/4 whole wheat flour and the rest of the 2 cups was all purpose and added a little more of each spice. I also made a cream cheese glaze to put on the bundt. YUM :) Next time I will use all whole wheat. I made this for a crowd this time and was afraid that it was going to come out too dense if I used all whole wheat...but I believe I was wrong! Great go to recipe.

Easiest Focaccia Recipe
This was the easiest receipe and so yummy! my only suggestiong would be to add some salt to the actual dough to add more flavor. You could even add some herbs as well. I also but garlic oil on the top before i baked it. delicious!
