My son's birthday is around fair time here in New Mexico and our favorite thing to get at the state fair is green chile corn dogs! We did get one at the state fair, but then his birthday came up and he requested green chile corn dogs for his birthday dinner. Well, I found this recipe and omitted the black pepper and added 1/2 c. of chopped New Mexico green chiles! We loved them and my son and hubby thought these were way better than the ones we get at the fair! Thanks for this yummy and easy recipe!!!
