Lemon Icing
This is a mild and tasty icing. I decided to make it for my Christmas gingerbread cookies because when I was a kid, my mom made real gingerbread covered in lemon sauce. It was a perfect addition to my cookies. I imagine it would be really good on lemon flavored shortbread or sugar cookies too. Yum!

Easy Pizza Sauce III
I had a 12 oz can of tomato paste and rather than use up two cans of sauce to double the recipe, I just used one and added water until I got the consistency I wanted. It worked well and saved me money. I followed the advice of another reviewer and froze about half of it in an ice cube tray to easily reheat later.

Clark Gable Pancakes
