Mexican Baked Fish

it was totally yummy...but I washed the fish with salt to rid it of the fishy smell...and this resulted in the fish being too salty..so,make sure u wash off all the salt.it tasted great with the chicken with rice also, found on this website!!

Great Garlic Bread

this was great and tasted like the garlic bread served in the restaurants!!It finished so fast...my only regret was there wasn't enough for everyone!!i also substituted the garlic salt for minced garlic (i pounded with a pestle and mortar)and i used about less than a tspn. it was delicious!!
