One Bowl Brownies
I didn't have the baking chocolate, so I followed the advice of others and mixed 12 T cocoa with 3 T vegetable oil. I added a few handfuls of Reese's peanut butter chips, YUMMY! Everyone at our house loved them.

Blackberry Cobbler
I followed the other suggestions to add 1 T baking powder and 1 1/2 t salt, then followed the rest of the directions exactly. It was great! Very cake like, very moist, very easy. I will definitely make it again.
