Newly married, and moved from South Africa to Scotland. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic, so I like to try and keep the meals in line with his needs, but still make them enjoyable and tasty! We have a 10 year old Spaniel, Lucy, who is our baby!

My wedding cake! Using a family fruit cake recipe. I have made wedding cakes for so many people before, was about time I did my own. It came out beautifully!

Chocolate Cake. I just can't seem to get it right! Apparently something to do with the altitude... but I'm starting to think it must be the 'attitude'!
