Irish Lamb Stew
Great recipe. I didn't have beef broth so just added water, and I used goat meat instead....not too many chevon recipes out there - so I find lamb recipes and substitute. Great flavor - and wonderful over basmati rice the next day.

Grilled Venison Backstrap
I used this recipe with goat backstrap. Previously, all five members of my family did not 'like' goat meat - however, they loved it cooked like this!

Grilled Yellow Squash
Everyone in my family loved this - even my confirmed non-veggie eaters. Getting a bit jaded on the squash and this created some excitement and interest again! I added lemon pepper seasoning along with the garlic, etc.
