Apricot Pork Chops
This is an easy,fast and yummy dish. It went over well with the fussy eater as well as the pork chop lovers in my family. I will make this again without reservation.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I did it but did not believe it. Fantastic. Superb!Family dinner, not a leftover in sight. Wow!Thanks.Easy timed right done to perfection. Used browning sauce,cooked on a rack in a pan, made gravy from drippings.Delectable, rave reviews.
