Apple Bread
the bread didn't raise as much as i expected. so i'll try to add more baking soda & powder next time. i used 3/4 brown sugar and 1/4 white sugar, it turned out well. i added some OJ and it is at the right amount of moisture. I also substituted oil with applesauce. i shredded the apples, but id recommend to chop it if you want to feel the exsistance of apples.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake II
I followed the recipe but only reduced the sugar content. It tasted exactly how i wanted - not too sweet. I baked exactly for 35 mins and the surface is a bit crunchy but soft and moist inside. perfection!

Banana Cream Pie I
It's heaven! i also minimized some sugar. however if you are considering to add bananas on top of the pie, make sure you bake the pie till the bananas are cooked. otherwise the bananas on top will be oxidized and turn black.
