Apple Bread
the bread didn't raise as much as i expected. so i'll try to add more baking soda & powder next time. i used 3/4 brown sugar and 1/4 white sugar, it turned out well. i added some OJ and it is at the right amount of moisture. I also substituted oil with applesauce. i shredded the apples, but id recommend to chop it if you want to feel the exsistance of apples.
