Cocktail Meatballs
Beware and don't make the same mistakes I did. I mistakingly used a can of jellied cranberry however a can is 14 oz. I wasn't thinking and assumed it was 8 oz & quickly dumped in in. Needless to say I had a whole lot of catching up to do hours later when I realized my mistake to balance this out and I didn't quite succeed. Also I was confused how many frozen meatballs figured into this recipe so I ended up using a box of 15. Not sure what the homemade would have yield, recipe says 10 but 10 small meatballs from a pound of beef does not seem right. Lastly - I did not heed advice and used Italian style & again the taste was slightly off. Next time I will make homemade ones ahead of time & merry the sauce the night before.
