Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Easy to make & tasty - I did it as written except for paprika and garlic powder on the chicken. I found it to be a very heavy dish. I thought 2 cans of biscuits were way too much - made the dish way too heavy & soaked up too much liquid. I Suggest 1 can 12oz grands (I cut each biscuit into quarters w/ pizza cutter which worked perfectly). 2 cans? Seriously that is ALOT of dough that most people just don't need & won't miss if it's not in there. Instead use 1 can and serve with veggies or salad on side.

Creme de Menthe Grasshopper Pie
Just a comment on the crust. Although the homemade crust takes a little more effort, it superior in taste compared to the store brought crust. To me the store brought crust just lacks in taste & texture. Once you compare the two, you'll see what I mean. Plus the store brought crust doesn't seem to hold as much filling. My mom has been making this same recipe for at least 25 years and it NEVER fails to impress. A classic!

Apple Cheese Pizza
Definately use granny apples - gives the pizza way more flavor. I also peel them. This is a super easy recipe, I have even used swiss cheese and found it yummy.
