Quinoa and Black Beans
First time using quinoa, and this recipe made it painless. Could have used more spice, but good just the same.

Gary's Turkey Burritos
Very yummy. Used the tomato sauce with hot sauce added since I also coulnd't find the hot tomato sauce, and added a ton of hot sauce, some chili powder, jalapenos, and red pepper flakes. Still wasn't enough heat for us, but still want to make again and again. A keeper for sure.
