Hello everyone =) I am Meghin, 19 years old and love to cook. My husband is extremely picky so i try to find many recipes and put some of my own on here. I love cooking, baking, and coming up with new ideas. I am a sophmore in college learning to become an RN (hopefully). with that said i also have 2 amazing dogs that i bake for all the time =)

Casserole, sweet, italian, mexican, american, you name it .. i love it...
My favorite family cooking traditions
I come from a huge casserole family. At all of our family gatherings there is atleast 10 different casseroles. We love them and i love making them.
My cooking triumphs
Veggie stuffed Zuchinni... a recipe i came up with that uses toasted walnuts instead of meat and taste so good =)
My cooking tragedies
peanut butter fudge.. i am highly allergic to peanuts and thought it would be an awesome idea to make it for the hubby while he was deployed.. with a friends help we made it.. and it was peanut butter soup..

Hearty Beef Enchiladas
great! i loved these and the hubs did too !! Added some green chiles and some hot sacue for a kick and left out the olives. Great dish!!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
The hubs liked them .. i used fresh parsley and added more cheese .. also i added the seasonings to the biscuits themselves with a little bit of old bay.. they turned out delicious!!
