Pecan Pie Bars I

Was not impressed with the crust. Crumbly. Tasted too flourly. My fault? The recipe? But will not be making again.

My family loves this soup! We have taken it to family parties, potlucks and plan on it for our New Year party. Everyone loves it and I have given out the recipe to numerous people. Did as other reviewers suggested and only pureed one can of beans to make it thicker.

Cream of Pumpkin Soup

Yummy! And the kids ate it! I was in a hurry. Did not make the croutons. And needed to soften the onions more so they would puree smoothly. Did what other readers suggested and added some brown sugar, and used pumpkin pie spice and doubled the amt in recipe. Will make again.

Blueberry Buckle

Delicious! Wonderful recipe for my just picked blueberries. Nice dense texture. The streusal topping baked into a top layer instead of just lying on top. Great!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Used black beans instead of kidney beans. Did not pre-warm the tortillas. After assembling them, I placed them in a 9X13 pan with extra cheese on top. Wonderful. Whole lunch room was jealous.
