I have made a few batches of this, and it is a great hit. I am having a bit of trouble getting it to set up, though. Mine came out thick enough to spread, but also thin enough to use on ice cream, or on pancakes and waffles. I have had wonderful response from this recipe and i also mixed some of the leftover peaches with blueberries and made a really good jam with this mix!!

My Grandkids loved these biscuits. The biscuits didn't rise up as much as I had hoped, but WOW what flavor!! I added a bit of garlic powder to this recipe, with fantastic results!! No need to put butter on the table with these!!

This is the first time I have ever tried to make jelly of any kind. This is the easiest way to get it done!!! I was even able to do it with three grand kids running through the house!!! I used cheese cloth instead of a jelly bag, and it still came out great!! I got almost nine 12ounce jars full of jelly from this recipe!! FANTASTIC!!!
