Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
WOW, so very good! First time I ever made pulled pork and it was delish!! I will be making this again for sure! I made a few changes...I did not use the vegetable oil, it seemed unnecessary. I also had only a hot and spicy BBQ sauce in the house, and I didn't want to overwhelm the dish, so I only used half a cup. I also used a whole cup of chicken broth and upped the brown sugar to half a cup. I completely omitted the mustard, as no one in the house likes it, and I don't ever buy it. Small changes, excellent meal! Try it, you won't be sorry!
