Easiest Spicy Cod
So simple and so good. Easy to control the spiceness depending on the heat in the salsa, healthy prep and good taste, what more could you want for 40 minutes from start to finish.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
What a lovely recipe, did it on the grill, heated to 350. the leftovers , cold, with the sauce, will be a wonderful lunch. This is a quality recipe.

Halibut with Rice Wine
First review. This is an excellent recipe. We bagged the cilantro and used the green part of scallions as a topping. Multiplied the sauce and used it on both fish and sticky rice. Although our vegetable was broccoli I would use baby bok choy the next time and there will be a next time. Kudos to Kathryn for this recipe, a wonderful addition to our "heart healthy" attempts.
