This was so easy and very yummy! I did not use the corn, (hubby won't eat it) but I put in some onion and used chicken broth instead of water. I couldn't find the jalapeno pepper cheddar cheese, so I used 1/2 pepper jack and half cheddar. It turned out delicious. I will be definitely be making this again soon!
