Fresh Cherry Cobbler
I used 8-10 C. whole Bing cherries, which are sweeter, so used less sugar and some lemon juice. It baked up just fine with the same amount of cobbler. It did take 3 hours to pit all the cherries, even with a nifty pitter from Target.
