my looks take people by suprise,a bearded,tatooed,gearhead, cigar smoking,beer drinkin'......awesome cook???definatly don't judge a book by it's cover,you might miss some killer eats!!!! i like to try everything,my favorite is smoking a whole turkey for thanksgiving,i like the involved prep...like to throw a mean stir-fry or bbq often,italian,what do ya feel like?.i like to think every day is sunday dinner day!rarely a dull kitchen at my place!ask the wife and kids. my great g-ma had an italian restaurant in hollywood at the farmers market,i used to hang out there when i was a kid,she taught me some cool kitchen tricks(sorry,top secret)as well as my granmother.i learned a great homemade pizza dough from her. i made a two layer chocolate cake for my daughter's 10th birthday.(baking is NOT a strong point for me)and it was actually GOOD! hash browns,i can't do them right......and it makes me MAD,lol!!
