I am married and have 4 wonderful children ages 16, 13, 7, and 2. They keep me hopping! I also somehow manage to work a full time job. I love Italian dishes like Chicken Marsala, Spinach Lasagna, and anything else with pasta and lots of garlic. I love to try new dishes and experiment with ways to make things healthier. Baking is one of my favorite things to do, especially on rainy days. There's nothing better than spending a rainy day in the kitchen, baking all kinds of yummy treats for my family. My mother died when I was only 22. I was newly married and felt so alone. I had to teach myself how to cook for the most part. My mother-in-law was an influence. It has taken me a lot of trial and error, but has been lots of fun along the way.
